1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with TVAssist.co, you agree to the terms described here. Technicians will perform services as described in the booked job. Quotes are valid for the date of visit unless agreed otherwise.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted before work commences. Additional work or parts will be quoted and require customer approval before proceeding. Payment may be accepted via cash, card, or UPI depending on technician capability.
3. Warranty
Installation workmanship is covered for 12 months. Warranty does not cover pre-existing TV manufacturing defects or physical damage caused post-installation.
4. Liability
TVAssist.co carries liability coverage for our services. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues that cannot be identified without invasive inspection.
5. Cancellation
Customers can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment without charges. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
